"Battery Acid"

I was somehow inspired by a battery to create this picture.

I guess the so called "meaning" behind it is how some people

waste their phone battery without knowing. There is a 

battery representing a person while holding its phone.

I did a sketch in Photoshop and I tried to experiment with 

the pen tool in Illustrator. I guess I'm happy with the result. 

"Grandmother" 

I decided to draw a cartoon version of my grandmother

after she passed away I think I could've done better though.

In my opinion this drawing is very personal to me,

because of the emotions I felt while trying to cope with the situation. 

"Michael Jackson"

I was drawing a picture of MJ with a crown and I thought the outcome was pretty cool.

But I couldn't think of any background ideas. At the last minute I thought about how I could 

have the background look like he was on a card. So that's where that whole 

"deck of cards" idea came from. I gave him a crown as a reference to the music

industry calling him "The King of Pop". He's also the first artist that got me into music. 

"Atlanta Skyline"

I used to struggle with vector art and the whole idea of the pen tool

in Illustrator during my freshman year. Pretty funny cause I used to hate everything

about it. But I kinda got used to using it during the beginning of my 10th grade year so I had

an idea. This is the first vector art piece I did outside of school and I'm happy 

with how it came out. The picture is supposed to be of the Atlanta skyline with

the Hawks logo behind it. I made a few edits to the logo in Photoshop and the skyline 

was created using the pen tool. 

"Dennis Schroder"

Dennis is one of my favorite Hawks players so I decided to draw 

a cartoon version of him. The front of the picture has Dennis in his

Hawks uniform and the Dennis on the other side was when

he played in Germany. 

"John Collins"

John Collins is a rookie from the Atlanta Hawks. He was the 19th overall

pick in the 1st round of the 2018 NBA Draft. I feel like he's gonna be one of favorite

Hawks players in the future after how he played this season, The front picture

is John in a Hawks uniform and the one on the other side is of John when 

he played for Wake Forest.  

"Just a Dragon"

I like dragons so I just drew one. There really isn't much meaning 

behind it, and there's no real background.
